  3. This is a license agreement between you, the original purchaser, and 
  4. Digital Concepts, Inc. for use of the Hot Bodies CD ROM disc. This license 
  5. is not transferable.  Digital Concepts, Inc. reserves the right to terminate
  6. this license if there is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disc 
  7. constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

  9. Permitted Use
  10. -------------
  11. You may use this disc on a single computer or on a computer that is 
  12. accessed thru a local area network. You may use this disc on a bulletin 
  13. board system. You may use any application on this disc, as per the 
  14. requirements specified in the application's documentation.

  16. Prohibited Use
  17. --------------
  18. You shall not rent the disc.  You shall not lease the disc.  You shall not 
  19. sublicense the disc.  You shall not reproduce or modify any of the images
  20. or data on the disc for any purpose whatsoever.  Digital Concepts, Inc.
  21. reserves all rights to the images and data contained on this disc to which
  22. Digital Concepts, Inc. holds copyrights, subject to US and International 
  23. copyright laws.
